Do you find yourself thinking thoughts like
I am not loveable or deserving of love

I must always please in order to be loved

If I am myself I will be rejected

No matter how hard I try nothing changes

I will never be happy

I know there is more to life
Depleted                             Sad or Lonely         Angry

Fearful or Anxious              Like a Failure           Discourged
Unable to express your Feeling                         Traumatized
                            CARING RELATIONSHIPS
In my work as a Psychotherapist over the last 18 years I have come to appreciate that our difficult thoughts, feelings and behavoirs are indicators that something is asking for our attention.  The same way that physical discomfort and pain point to something that needs care.  I also  have seen how easy it is to blame and criticize ourselves for these very things that  are connected  to our deepest vulnerbilities, pain and longings..

It has been my privellege to work with adult men and women, children, teens and families  and support them in a  caring, nonjudgemental way as they learn to listen to the symptoms which cause them suffering and concern.   As they find ways to be in touch and express the stories around their pain and problems they are able to clear out old patterns of beliefs. emotions and behaviors as they open up to new possibilities of living and relating.
Change is possible as we clear away the block in our minds, hearts and bodies.  I support this change in many ways including a body clearing similar to EFT. I have been trained by Henry Grayson, please listen to his Youtube thoughts on change.copy this link.

It may be that when we no longer know what to do, we have come to our real work and when we no longer know which way to go, we have begun our real journey.                                  Wendell Berry
